I found another meme at a friend’s blog (she retired this blog, though, so I’m not linking to her blog). Play along if you want to.

Every person you have ever slept with is invited to a banquet where you are the guest of honor. No one will be in attendance except you, the collection of your former lovers, and the catering service. After the meal, you are asked to give a fifteen-minute speech to the assembly. What do you talk about?
It’s nice to have the two of you here. … err (*drops the mic*)… I’ll sit with you at the banquet, right? What has happened in your lives, guys?
PS: This question is cool.

What’s your favorite thing to do on a rainy day?
Painting with C., cooking something complicated together with friends and kids, sitting with A. watching the fire in the oven.

Are you a window person or an aisle person? Window. (we’re talking planes, right?)

What’s your favorite beach in the world?
Another wonderful question. I’m now sitting here, remembering the sea, and the sand, and the sea and the people who were with me. … I think I must name Wasenaar beach close to The Hague (or part of it?). I was there with some of my best friends from the University (though sadly one of them couldn’t come with us as she had other plans).
Wasenaar Strand2
I also have very close memories of Le due sorelle (Italy), the beach I was at 9/11. We felt like we were the last stand and everything else was breaking apart, or something.

What’s the next country you want to visit?
Russia, if I had the time, the money and older kids. … it’s going to be more of an Italy/Germany/Hungary-thingy, I guess. I love these countries dearly, but they are not exactly unknown or dangerously exiting.

What one thing are you craving today?
Sushi. … The lack of sushi is a great disadvantage of the Carinthian province.

When you mentioned Due Sorelle it gave me the shivers. I loved that beach… it’s a pity it’s mixed with such weird emotions. I remember how we didn’t think the rumors where true, so remote and removed were we from civilisation there…
